Ena Fitzpatrick is a Kildare based artist with a solo and participatory practice whose works mainly include oil and acrylic paintings, needle felt pictures and fused glass pieces. She has also done some silk paintings. Ena draws inspiration from the colours and textures of the natural world and her artworks typically depict landscapes of favourite places, flowers and garden birds or those she sees in the parklands of the neighbouring Castletown Estate. She has also painted some dog portraits. She loves to share her interest and love of art with others and has given workshops in needle felting to friends and to the local Guild of the ICA. Ena is a member of the Abbey Art Group, Celbridge and exhibits with them at their Annual Summertime Exhibition. She also had a solo exhibition in 2018 and is working towards another solo exhibition in 2020.
